Each coach has a unique way of working. Make sure you choose a coach you feel comfortable with.
Where many coaches use analytical coaching strategies, I like to focus with the client on learning to listen to their intuition.
I believe our subconscious already has all the answers we seek, but we are often too overwhelmed by life to be able to listen to our inner voice. Think about it, when was the last time you were able to wake up naturally without alarm and when you had enough sleep, for a few days in a row? When could you simply eat because your body told you you're hungry instead of timing meals between work and your gym class. When was the last time you were able to wake up and think 'how do I feel like filling in my empty day today?' Our often schematic way of living shifts our focus from listening to what we need to a rational way of going though life.
Instead of making rational decisions about your goals in your life and how to achieve them, I'd like to teach you techniques to make these decisions intuitively again. Learn to get in touch with your own body and inner voice, so that you do not listen to expectations from people around you, or the false expectations you have set for yourself, but purely to who you really are deep down inside. My style of coaching combines my practical experience in the field of body-mind connection with scientific knowledge about this, as well as with traditional coaching techniques through communication. During the coaching sessions, I regularly teach breathing exercises, meditation techniques, or give advice in the field of exercise.
Together we will embark on a process where you will fully reconnect with yourself, since you better than anyone else, are able to know what is best for you.
